Forget hair gel, I’m taking a nap.
I’ve noticed something several times in my life, but only recently have I started thinking about it more seriously. I have stubborn hair. I can’t really get it to do what I want and I have to use mounds of gel to get it to do anything. What is amazing to me though is the effect that sleeping on my hair has.
When I wake up in the morning my hair, as is most people’s, looks nothing short of awesome. I usually have some sort of wing sticking out of these side of my head. The thing I’ve noticed is how seemingly plastered in that state my hair is.
Last night after I went running, I decided to take a shower. This morning when woke up I remembered that I’d taken a shower last night and since it’s Saturday, I figured I didn’t need to take another one. I tried to do my hair. I had obviously been sleeping on my left side, judging by the sticky-outiness of the hair on that side. I took a handful of gel and ran it through that area of hair. It probably held it down for 5 minutes trying to get it to stay, with no luck.
Finally, I ended up running my hair under the faucet for a few minutes to wet it down. That did the trick.
Anyway, to end up this post, I want to suggest a new product that someone should create. What I need is a gel that has magnetically charged particles in it so that after I apply it to my hair I can simple press a button and have the particles be magnetically shaped to whatever hairstyle I want.
